Intensive customer support as a central contact person for after-sales topics such as spare parts, maintenance and repair services Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships through continuous contact and targeted measures Proactive identification of customer needs and goal-oriented optimization of customer loyalty Support in the further development of the LTS area for existing and new customers Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth processes and high-quality customer service Responsibility for sales, profitability and customer satisfaction in our own area
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Technical and business understanding, supplemented by knowledge of intralogistics and system solutions Several years of professional experience, ideally in intralogistics or mechanical engineering Sound knowledge of contract law and negotiation skills in customer contracts Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative paired with reliability and cost awareness Very good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts and a confident, solution-oriented appearance
