Job Title: Project Scheduler

Salary: €60,000
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to manage and coordinate project schedules across multiple projects within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using scheduling software (Projectron or similar) and have strong skills in resource management. You will work closely with Project Managers to track resources, handle changes, and support the Head of Project Management in reporting and managing the overall project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules using Projectron software for multiple ongoing projects.
* Manage detailed resource allocation for each project, ensuring efficient use of available resources across the portfolio.
* Collaborate with Project Managers to track and update project timelines, resources, and any changes or adjustments as projects evolve.
* Identify scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, and potential risks, and communicate these effectively to the relevant Project Managers.
* Assist the Head of Project Management in generating regular reports for the project portfolio, providing insights on resource utilization, project progress, and upcoming milestones.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of project schedules, resource plans, and changes in the project management system.
* Support the project organization in prioritizing tasks and balancing workloads across the project portfolio.
* Provide input for improving scheduling processes and resource management strategies within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably in a project-based or engineering environment.
* Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Projectron (or similar tools like MS Project, Primavera).
* Strong understanding of resource management, with the ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple projects.
* Excellent communication skills to work effectively with Project Managers, the project team, and external stakeholders.
* Ability to identify potential resource and scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions.
* Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a technical or engineering project environment.
* Familiarity with reporting and tracking project portfolios.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
