Your Duties
Understanding of the overall business, including all departments and positions in order to understand needs for any open positions that are being recruited.
Process bi-weekly payroll for all U.S. entities, including payroll auditing and reconciliation.
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
Communicate guidelines, processes, procedures, plans, and policy to all levels of employees throughout the organization.
Your Profile
Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in all HR, experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
High proficiency in all HR related questions as well as labor law and payroll accounting.
Strong communication skills.
Self-reliant and dependable personality.
