Join one of Australia’s largest ASX-listed property groups as a Hub Centre Manager, managing a diverse portfolio of four retail centres. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional tenant and customer experiences while driving financial and operational success.
As the Hub Centre Manager, your role will encompass:
1. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all four centres, maintaining high standards of presentation, functionality, and compliance with safety and legal requirements.
2. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and deliver on revenue and cost-efficiency targets.
3. Build and maintain strong partnerships with tenants, supporting their growth and addressing operational needs effectively.
4. Drive initiatives that enhance the centres as community hubs, increase foot traffic, and strengthen customer loyalty.
5. Manage and inspire on-site teams and contractors to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
6. Monitor and address risks across the portfolio, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management on portfolio performance and opportunities for improvement.
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with:
1. Proven experience in retail property management, ideally overseeing multiple assets.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and results.
3. Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
6. Relevant qualifications in property, business, or a related field (preferred).
