Invest your talents in us, and we’ll return the compliment.As a Sales Executive, you’ll have a defined patch to work and establish bonds with key stakeholders, both inside and out. Your role will involve:Developing a high level of market, industry, and role knowledge to enable peer-to-peer conversations and understand customer needs and requirements.Full 360 sales cycle coverage from market research and business development through to closing deals.Setting up and attending meetings with identified accounts.Managing existing relationships for a personal set of accounts.Accurately creating and maintaining territory and account plans.Maintaining accurate records of all call activity in salesforce.com and reporting call information, sales leads, and customer profiles in a timely manner.Building rapport and relationships with internal and external customers through professional service.Participating in onboarding training and continuous learning opportunities.Co-hosting client events.Gaining hands-on experience with the Datasite suite of services.Learning all Datasite policies, procedures, and best practices.How do you become successful at Datasite?Develop Your Markets: Getting to know your clients is essential for mutual success. Sales Executives should continually learn and proactively build relationships with new or existing clients, networking smartly and communicating Datasite's capabilities.Drive Revenue: Identify sales opportunities, understand markets, and collaborate with the Sales and management team to maximize revenue. Your role will include developing new business, meeting clients, compiling quotes, closing sales, creating SOWs (Statements of Work), and managing invoices.Continuously Develop: Learning from others is key. Be open-minded and proactive. Datasite provides best-in-class training (Sellers University) covering product, target markets, and sales strategy. Work closely with high performers and share your knowledge with new joiners.What do we look for?A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Technology/SaaS/Financial Services sales experience highly regarded.Advanced relationship management skills.Strong assessment, judgment, and decision-making ability.Demonstrated professional customer business and relationship-building skills.Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Fluency in German and English (business level) required.As a global organization, Datasite knows that diverse perspectives are essential to our success.
