* Stakeholder Management
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Project Planning and Scheduling
o Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Ensure that all project activities align with the overall business goals.
* Resource Management
o Coordinate the allocation of resources (human, technical, financial) to ensure optimal project execution. Monitor and adjust resource utilization as necessary.
* Budget Management
o Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints. Regularly track and report on financial performance.
* Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure that risks are actively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Change Management
o Lead change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions for both the client and internal teams. Provide advice on managing organizational and business process changes.
* Project Reporting and Documentation
o Prepare regular project status reports, documenting progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
* Quality Assurance and Control
o Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks and review project outputs to maintain high standards.
* Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
o Work closely with teams across different EY practices (e.g., technology, business analysis, process transformation) to ensure the holistic delivery of the project.
* Apply agile project management practices where appropriate, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
* Client Presentations
o Prepare and present project progress and final delivery presentations to clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or feedback.
* Travel and Client Site Visits
o Willingness to travel for on-site meetings with clients, supporting project execution and client relationship building.
Requirements
* Educational Background
o A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineering.
* Experience in Project Management
o Minimum of 2 years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs, preferably in multicultural, distributed environments.
* Strong German Language Skills
o Excellent proficiency in the German language (written and spoken), with a minimum of C1 level.
* Very good English language skills (written and spoken) for communication with international stakeholders.
* Experience in Change Management
o Proven experience in leading or supporting change management initiatives and business process transformations.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other similar tools.
* Industry Certifications
o One or more relevant certifications in project management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe).
* Ability to Travel
o Willingness and ability to travel for on-site meetings, client visits, or project needs.
* Experience in Managing Multicultural Teams
o Proven experience working with and managing teams across different cultural backgrounds and geographic locations, ensuring effective collaboration in a distributed environment.
* Strong Organizational Skills
o Excellent ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, with attention to both the big picture and detail-oriented delivery.
* Professional Communication Skills
o Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders, providing appropriate levels of detail and clear terminology.
* Problem-Solving and Adaptability
o Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and proactively find solutions to challenges while demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude.
