Your job
1. You collaborate with the Senior Director of Indirect Procurement to improve global market transparency and develop a robust purchasing strategy. Align with stakeholders within Purchasing and other functions to ensure the strategy is well-known and implemented.
2. You routinely identify potential savings and consistently implement them. As a result, you continuously develop and sustainably optimize the procurement strategy.
3. You monitor the sourcing network dynamics to identify strengths and weaknesses and take necessary actions to optimize the network.
4. You act as the main central contact for local Indirect Procurement activities related to assigned responsibilities.
5. You are responsible for improving data quality in Indirect Procurement systems (SAP, WPS etc.) through regular data maintenance activities with suppliers.
6. We rely on your communication skills when it comes to conducting award and contract negotiations or, if necessary, in escalation handling in the event of delivery and quality problems.
Your profile
1. You have successfully completed a business or technical education (Uni / FH / HTL / HAK) and have already gained at least 1-3 years of professional experience within procurement or a related area in an international environment.
2. You are an analytical, strong and resilient personality with a strategic mindset and a high level of cost awareness and assertiveness.
3. You have excellent language skills in German and English.
4. Last but not least, you are a self-driven individual with great communication skills and a passion for strategic procurement and global sourcing.
