Tradezone has an opportunity for an Inbound/Outbound Call Centre Manager to join a rapidly growing, fast-paced organisation that prides itself on being at the forefront of technology and innovation.
Working alongside the CEO, we are looking for a pro-active and innovative Manager to implement and grow a successful call centre division that will take our business to the next level.

The Role:
* Managing a team of inbound and outbound sales consultants in our Gold Coast Head Office.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, morale, and employee engagement.
* Coaching and mentoring the team to maximise performance.
* Monitor & analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance & identify areas for improvement.
* Effectively collaborate with regional sales and technical specialists to identify opportunities and deliver solutions for new clients.
* CRM data management for effective lead generation.
* Coordinate and collaborate with the Marketing Department to activation complementing marketing campaigns.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Previous experience in managing call centres.
* High level of communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing.
* A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
* Demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and disciplined.
* Ability to work within a team to create a fun, positive culture.
