To strengthen our global Supply Chain Management team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a Global Inventory Manager (f/m/d).
Responsibilities
* Support target definition process and ensure follow up and transparency
* Support related colleagues in inventory management in SCM, Operations, Procurement and PLM&E to achieve inventory optimization targets
* Derive inventory management measures, establish follow-up processes and monitoring
* Enhance inventory reduction program 2023-2025, develop short- and long-term measures on inventory management and establish continuous improvement program
* Contribute to trade-offs in inventory-costs-service-level-sustainability targets while considering company goals
* Establish state-of-the-art inventory management processes, standards and targets
* Communicating with location- and regional managers to maintain required inventory levels between the various locations (Plants, suppliers, Dealers)
* Set-up inventory trainings to establish company-wide standards and competencies
* Actively support supply chain improvement projects and system rollouts
* Establish inventory reporting system and improvement processes
Qualifications
* University degree in supply chain management or a similar oriented degree
* Multi-year work experience in SCM in a global organization
* Experience in Supply Chain Management & especially in inventory management
* High level of interpersonal and intercultural skills combined
* Very accurate and structured way of working and presenting
* Business English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 63.036,96 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
