Job Description
* Establish awareness and use of products in target accounts.
* Develop Account Business plans.
* Involvement in commercial strategy and tactics.
* Establish strong business relationships with stakeholders.
* Knowledge of local healthcare guidance.
* Represent the company at national and international congresses.
* Responsibility for continued education and product knowledge.
* Utilize SFE tools (e.g., CRM, sales dashboards, SESM) to drive efficacy and effectiveness of activities in the territory.
* Work within local country codes of practice and company policies.
Additional Responsibilities
* The Key Account Manager (Austria) supports QA of Santen GmbH regarding legal requirements for pharmaceutical wholesalers in Austria upon request.
* As a certified auditor, the Key Account Manager (Austria) conducts internal audits of Santen GmbH's QA after being commissioned by Santen GmbH.
Qualifications
* Education
* A degree of "Pharmareferent".
* Experience & Competencies
* 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in Ophthalmology.
* Results-driven and self-motivated.
* Strong analytical thinking.
* Effective communication skills.
* Hands-on problem-solving skills.
* Languages: very good written and spoken German, English minimum mid-level.
