YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Process Management and Strategic Planning: Organize and conduct the sales process for our entire portfolio, from measurement technology to turnkey solutions across all technology areas, including pre-sales processes and the creation and provision of strategic sales plans
2. Revenue and Profit Growth: Actively contribute to the profit and revenue growth of the CEE & MEA group by identifying and developing business opportunities
3. Customer Relationships and CRM System Maintenance: Build, maintain, and improve customer relationships, manage the CRM system (accounts, contacts, opportunities), and analyze and manage the buying centers
4. Proposal Preparation: Responsible for preparing proposals for customers in close collaboration with technical teams
5. Business Planning and Commercial Activities : Support business planning and forecasting as well as all commercial activities with customer
6. International Collaboration: Collaborate with various business segments and account managers from different regions/offices
YOUR PROFILE:
7. Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
8. At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a global technical B2B environment
9. Knowledge of the mobility industry
10. Knowledge of program and project management in a global context is an advantage
11. Excellent communication skills and a confident and convincing demeanor, combined with an independent and proactive working style
12. Ability to handle complex technical and social situations
13. Willingness to travel up to 25% (CEE & MEA regions)
14. Fluent in English and German

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
