Key Responsibilities:

2. Lead and develop a strong team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Head Chef – Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
2. Train and develop staff to maintain high culinary standards.
3. Oversee kitchen operations, including orders, stock control, and rostering.
4. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a similar role (a la carte restaurant management or high-volume kitchen leadership).
2. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
3. Passion for hospitality and food excellence.
4. Local residency & work eligibility – Must already be residing in Australia with no work restrictions (no relocation applicants).
5. Own reliable transport due to limited public transport options.
