We are looking for an Asset Manager for our Wind Energy project.
Responsabilities:
1. Cooperation with technical maintenance companies, operations managers and assessors
2. Ensuring the quality of wind energy assets and early detection of technical problems
3. Process optimization and risk management in technical asset management
4. Monitoring and controlling of the technical fault and maintenance management of the systems by external operations management
5. Proactive development of optimization measures for the revenue situation and availability of the plants
6. Monitoring of HSE guidelines in projects or in existing wind farms
7. Planning and conducting inspections and audits
8. Coordination with the project team, internal stakeholders and external partners
9. Monitoring and control of compliance with technical contracts
10. Technical reporting across the entire production portfolio
11. Conducting risk assessments and market analyses
12. Technical evaluation and support for acquisition and development projects
Requirements
13. Completed engineering studies (electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
14. Knowledge of the technical, economic and legal aspects of wind farms
15. Experience in working with technical operators or OEMs of wind farms
16. Confident, competent and convincing appearance
17. Efficient, organized and goal-oriented way of working
18. You are creative, work results-oriented and see solutions rather than problems.
19. Several years of professional experience in asset management or project development, project implementation, ideally with large-scale industrial projects/onshore/offshore wind
20. Project management experience desirable
21. Assertiveness, good negotiation skills and good communication skills
