About You

Patriot Campers Warehouse team is very diverse in its tasking, and the ability for the other work cells to succeed depends on the smooth flow of material throughout the factory. There will be the requirement for the Team Leader / Coordinator to be hands-on and assist the team in ensuring daily tasking is complete on time.
About the Role
The primary role of the Warehouse Coordinator is to effectively direct and manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. The position will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and fulfilling demand requests to the production line of sheet metal material and spare parts to support the build of Trailers.
The role shall also manage and oversee all warehousing operations in the Manufacturing work cells of Patriot Campers.
Ultimately, this role should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
This is a full-time position working 9 days per fortnight (average 38 hrs per week).
Hours of operation are:
Week 1 - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) and 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Friday)
Week 2 - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) and RDO (Friday)
Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:
* Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
* Oversee and manage the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
* Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
* Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers' timescales/requirements
* Control of Fork Lift management
* Monitor stock levels
* Provide a safe working environment
* Maintain a clean and efficient workplace and site
* Coordinate 3rd party subcontractors in relation to warehousing and site requirements
People Management:
* Supervise the warehouse team and manage day-to-day warehouse operations
* Manage human resources within the workgroup, including participating in candidate selection, interviews, employee onboarding, probation reviews, leave applications, terminations, training, succession planning, and multi-skilling of employees.
* Lead by example and promote Patriot Campers Core Values and Code of Conduct within the team.

The following skill set is mandatory to be successful in this role:
* Experience of operating in a supervisory capacity within a warehouse and distribution environment
* Thorough understanding of Lean principles and 5S
* Good IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
