Our IT specialist domain User Services bundles all services relating to the modern IT workplace, including hardware and software equipment, and thus ensures stable and efficient IT for around 27,000 employees of the DRV Bund. The Digital Marketplace team focuses on product responsibility and support for a cross-agency Confluence instance for the provision and exchange of information. Your tasks Team leadership: You will assume personnel and technical responsibility for the Digital Marketplace team. You will actively shape collaboration within the team, division, department and with the department's customers and the operations team. Product responsibility: You are responsible for the Digital Marketplace product, the Confluence instance that the DRV Bund provides to all institutions Efficient work organization: You define priorities, develop clear procedures together as a team and optimize decision-making processes Change management: you use the right methods to ensure that change processes are supported, anchored and practised in the team in the long term Networking: you promote and actively shape the continuous exchange with other teams, divisions and pension insurance providers in order to utilize synergies and share best practices Specialist tasks: You will take on responsible tasks relating to the digital marketplace (for example committee work, optimization and further development).
