Oversee multiple concurrent projects from initiation through execution and closure Coordinate between an interdisciplinary team of software and pharmaceutical experts and international clients Develop, manage, and adjust project timelines, as well as resources to ensure goal alignment Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and managing expectations Maintain high standards in compliance with industry regulations, monitoring adherence to international standards and requirements Identify potential project risks and work proactively to mitigate them Foster a collaborative, transparent, and adaptive project environment, accommodating evolving requirements and unexpected challenges Document project milestones, key decisions, and lessons learned to contribute to organizational growth The ideal candidate is adept at navigating complex, international, and cross-disciplinary projects, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and is passionate about fostering collaboration and achieving impactful results.
