Your main roles and responsibilities
* Take responsibility in the monthly payroll accounting process
* Coordinate and process all business transactions from onboarding to offboarding of our employees
* Manage our time recording system and personnel administration, including master data management
* Create periodic analyses and reports
* Act as the central point of contact for employees and managers for questions relating to labour, social security and payroll tax law
* Actively participate in HR projects on payroll-related topics
You are just right for this role if
* you have completed a commercial apprenticeship including relevant professional experience
* you have already successfully passed the payroll accounting exam (WIFI or similar)
* you have sound knowledge of labour, tax and social security law and have ideally already worked with BMD/NTCS
* team spirit, empathy and strong communication skills are just as important to you as they are to us
* an independent, service-oriented and precise way of working defines you
* you have a good knowledge of written and spoken English
