Your mission will be to build a performance marketing machine with global reach. You will create a paid demand gen program that dominates our niche target audience globally. You will build marketing funnels that engage and convert this niche audience. You will drive our performance marketing to dominate our niche market globally.Key responsibilities include:Lead & manage team.Performance marketing strategy.Customer marketing (CRM-based, educate, nurture, grow share of wallet).Marketing & sales tech stack (incl CRM optimisation).Performance analysis, budget management & ROI optimisation.A major transformation in our performance marketing is required to take our business to the next level. Our niche B2B market has significant opportunities available. Our strategy is to use marketing as the primary driver of our aggressive global growth strategy.The key initiatives in the first 12-18 months for this role will be:Build an A-player team.Performance marketing strategy & implementation plan.Rebuild baseline SEM program.Map content requirements for performance marketing program.Build baseline lead gen funnels.Evaluate paid demand gen channels.Build sales deal enablement workflow.Build ‘first-cut’ customer marketing program.Review & upgrade marketing tech stack.Setup marketing performance reporting.Replicate high-performing lead gen funnels into new markets.You will report to the General Manager – Growth & Marketing. The preferred location for this role is our Perth Head Office. We will consider a hybrid role for the initial 12 months for an exceptional candidate. You will need to build out your team (likely 3-4 in 12 months, 8-10 in 3 years).About YouWe are looking for a competitive, results-focused performance marketing leader with a high-performance mindset. You will be analytical, highly accountable, and digital-first.
