Business Controller

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for your own area and, as a central interface between business units, markets, and headquarters, you will have the opportunity to continuously develop yourself.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support in the further development of our processes and independent handling of various projects
* Independent support of one or more business areas and responsibility for conducting transparent analyses, evaluations, forecasts, and budgets
* Providing relevant business insights to monitor company performance and improve global business processes
* Ensuring comprehensive financial understanding within the company
* Analyses to support entrepreneurial decision-making
* Business partnering with specialist departments
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling role, preferably in a multinational environment
* Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
* Completed business administration degree (university/UAS), ideally with a focus on controlling or a comparable education
* Affinity for numbers and accuracy
* Flexibility and openness to different tasks
* Hands-on mentality and practical orientation
* Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
* Thorough IT skills (Office 365) are required, knowledge of SAP and Oracle is advantageous
* Team-oriented and communicative approach in an intercultural environment
