Your challenge
In the role of Head Relationship Management, you will be part of the outstanding Private Banking team in Austria and directly manage around 25 people. The role includes the following responsibilities:
1. Resource planning and budget responsibility in the area of responsibility
2. Disciplinary and administrative management tasks, including employee appraisals and promoting employee development
3. Active coaching and support of (Assistant) Relationship Managers in achieving targets
4. Authorising account openings and recruiting new market employees
5. Monitoring operational risks in the front office and ensuring risk awareness among front office staff
6. Compliance with regulatory, legal and LGT-internal framework conditions
7. Ensuring compliance with the LGT advisory process and carrying out necessary training and certifications
8. Ensuring target group-oriented offerings and promoting business initiatives in line with the bank's strategy
9. Supporting client advisors in the acquisition and support of top clients and prospects
10. Identifying new prospects for the bank
Your profile
Your profile:
1. Matura or other commercial education. A university degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar is preferred; CFP or CFA training is an advantage.
2. At least 15 years of relevant expertise in private banking as a client advisor; experience in managing employees is preferred.
3. Very good network in the upper client segment in Austria (focus on the greater Vienna area).
4. Strong acquisition skills and high motivation.
5. Willingness to travel for business in Austria.
6. High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
7. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a minimum salary - based on the above-mentioned minimum requirements - for the position from €120,000 per annum (depending on qualifications), with the willingness to overpay, a performance-related target bonus and a company car.
