Service Project Manager
Vienna, Austria
Main Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during maintenance operations. Conduct meetings with customers to review service outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Project & Contract Management: Ensure all maintenance activities align with contractual terms, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Manage teams (technicians, engineers, subcontractors) and tools required for maintenance tasks. Manage related operational metrics/KPI.
4. Understand the basic knowledge of equipment in the ICT industry. Be responsible for key maintenance project management activities such as project operation, maintenance strategy, and maintenance plan, including spare parts safety inventory.
5. SLA management: Lead rapid-response teams during critical outages or network disruptions to minimize downtime. Ensure all maintenance services meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for uptime, response times, and resolution timelines.
6. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential risks in maintenance workflows. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to Huawei’s safety protocols, local regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of ICT industry standards and practices in maintenance and support, such as telecom wireless or Transmission or IT or core network products.
3. Provide technical leadership and support for maintenance activities. Provide guidance and support to team members.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network infrastructure, hardware, and software.
5. Understanding Customer Satisfaction Management.
