Business Adoption Lead (all genders)
This position is part of our Digital Transformation department, where you will support RHI Magnesita across regions and functions in adopting our Digital Transformation endeavors.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop Change Management strategies and suitable templates
* Guide project workstreams in conducting change impact analyses and preparing training plans and required materials
* Identify potential challenges and resistance points that could arise during the change process and create mitigation plans
* BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels and design and implement communication plans to keep them informed about digital initiatives and their related benefits
Your Profile
* Several years of relevant experience
* Understanding of a company's end-to-end processes and IT system landscapes
* A master's degree in business management/administration, IT, finance or similar
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Power BI skills are an asset
