This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in managing and growing a diverse client base across a state. You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your territory. Additionally, you will play an active role in supporting our community events and local activations, strengthening our brand presence across Queensland.Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager in Adelaide, you will ensure alignment with broader company goals while driving sales success in your region.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across Queensland working closely with distribution partners.Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, working collaboratively with the team to mirror the values and service excellence expected at Vili’s.Identify areas of growth within the territory and develop targeted strategies to maximize sales.Actively participate in and support local events and community activations to promote the brand.Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the National Sales Manager.Ensure alignment with overall sales strategies and objectives, as set by the National Sales Manager.Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications:Willingness and ability to travel frequently between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, with occasional travel to other locations as required.Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team.Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage a wide range of clients across the state.Strong computer literacy and proficiency with sales software and reporting tools.Self-motivated, proactive, and ambitious with a results-driven mindset.Valid full driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Queensland.Availability to work weekends for events.The role involves physical activity, so applicants must be physically capable to perform the duties.Permanent residency or the right to work in Australia is required.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and make an impact across Queensland, apply today!
