Your Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for new customers and support them during system setup and onboarding
* Conduct online training sessions to introduce customers to our platform
* Provide phone and ticket-based support for existing customers
* Act as a key link between Inbound Sales, customers, and suppliers
* Manage and maintain our support center, including creating help articles
Your Profile
* At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success or Key Account Manager, ideally in a SaaS, startup, or scale-up environment
* Strong project management skills
* Higher education with a diploma (Matura) or a completed university degree
* Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
* Logical and analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand complex topics
* Technical understanding and a strong grasp of digital tools and IT processes
* Structured, proactive approach with a hands-on mentality
* Strong communication skills and a confident presence in customer interactions
