* Nurture Relationships: Establish trust and maintain professional communication with potential clients, following up to ensure lasting connections.
* Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and maximize conversion opportunities.
* Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM and marketing automation systems to track, analyze, and manage customer interactions.
Exceed Targets: Meet and surpass goals for call volumes, qualified leads, and closed deals, contributing directly to the company's success.
Your profile
* Several years of professional experience in cold calling or sales, preferably in Switzerland.
* Excellent communication skills in the relevant languages: Swiss German, German, and English.
* Understanding of IT and technical products to effectively identify and address the needs of potential B2B customers.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Independent and motivated work ethic.
* Experience in working with CRM systems.
