Pay: $20/hr + overtime
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for inputting sales orders and client information into our personalized company system, arranging shipments, placing orders to vendors, and following up with clients on past due orders while working closely with the accounting department.
Role Priorities:
1. Understand the products and answer client questions pertaining to cost, shipping, and the delivery process.
2. Navigate and utilize FESTA for all client orders.
3. Act as office logistics liaison.
4. Work closely with the accounting department regarding collection of past due or improper invoices and with the sales department regarding product specifications.
Performance Requirements:
1. Assist Manager with office logistics.
2. Create vouchers for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in the company’s system.
3. Create shipping documents and input data into the company system for shipments to customers.
4. Make entries for incoming and outgoing shipment information into our company system.
5. Update data in control book to utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for payment requests.
6. Monitor customer’s portal to arrange shipments.
7. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
8. Optimize the customer experience through personalized service.
9. Work closely with the warehouse department for daily shipments.
10. Manage inventory counts of the warehouse based on receiving and delivery processes.
11. Respond to customer queries effectively and efficiently, acting with urgency to deliver results.
12. Organize documents.

Educational Requirements:
