Job Description:
As a Global Social Media Manager for Gaming, you will be responsible for proactively managing all aspects of Gaming content on managed channels and building brand love by engaging new and existing consumers with differentiated, authentic, and owned content linked to our Gaming marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive greater ambition, differentiated content, and growth in Red Bull Gaming channels to increase engagement and viewership.
* Identify and develop new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities.
* Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with major gaming events, tentpole initiatives, and new game launches.
* Uplevel the quality of our work in social media to increase earned impact to ours channels by consistently delivering highly engaging content that achieves high community satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience in content creation, campaign management, and social media in gaming and/or esports.
* Lives and breathes gaming & esports media and has excellent industry knowledge.
* Strong understanding of how to create and programme video content for audiences on TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch.
* Experience in briefing and leading the creation of long-form and short-form content, with attention to detail and relentlessly high standards.
* Team player with project management skills, strong planning, project execution, and analytical skills.
