ABOUT THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager at Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH, you will take key responsibility for developing, launching and implementing innovative sales strategies for the United Kingdom and its regions that will drive our growth in this market. You will play a key role in expanding the market and building the structure, generating new customers, strengthening existing customers and building a strong and powerful Hairdreams UK team! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Planning and opening of our distribution centre in the UK * Personnel responsibility: Building the sales and support team * Planning the sales strategy * Analyzing the market, trends and competitors'' activities, strengths and weaknesses Comparison of Hairdreams and the competition * Analyzing existing Hairdreams customers, their wishes and needs, future plans * Develop a growth strategy focusing on market share growth as well as customer satisfaction B2B and B2C * Create and implement a detailed business plan to achieve the approved targets: * Sales targets to attract new partner salons * Promotion of existing customers to Hairdreams competence centers * Increase sales to increase market share * You will be actively involved in the development of the Hairdreams UK branch, you can and should contribute and implement your ideas and opinions * Plan and execute effective marketing strategies in close co operation with our central marketing department and local agencies * Plan and execute effective sales strategies in consultation and co operation with the Head of International Sales * Coordinating and working with the UK Key Account Manager to promote the second hair centers * Build and maintain long term customer relationships and provide trusted feedback and after sales support * Finding and recruiting new staff and molding them into a strong, motivated team * Reporting: Maintain records of volumes, sales and costs and report to supervisor YOUR PROFILE * University degree in economics, business, marketing or a related field * Proven professional sales experience (at least 3 to 5 years) in B2B or business development, preferably in the UK or other English speaking markets * High level of self motivation, team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking * You are able to put yourself in other people''s shoes and can listen to and motivate them * Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English,
