Job Description
We are looking for a Partnership Manager who will be building and cultivating strong relationships with our partners, leading integration projects that are crucial to our business, and analyzing and optimizing integration performance to drive mutual business growth.
What your focus will be:
* Partner Identification and Acquisition:
* Identifying potential integration partners that align with the company's strategy and can provide mutual benefits.
* Overseeing the onboarding process for new partners.
* Relationship Management:
* Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners.
* Acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners for integration projects.
* Managing all legal and commercial aspects of integration partnerships.
* Understanding the technical and business requirements of both the company and the partners.
* Developing integration plans that outline the technical, operational, and business aspects.
* Collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth technical integration.
* Stakeholder Communication:
* Keeping internal stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and issues related to integration projects.
* Communicating with partners to align on expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
Requirements
* Familiarity with software applications, SaaS, and API technology from a business perspective.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* An advantage: technical knowledge of integration protocols, data formats, and APIs.
* A commercial mindset and driven by results.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive business growth through partnerships.
* Always ahead of the curve that inspires others to jump on board.
* Time zone & working hours - flexible with at least a 5h overlapping with CET.
