This position reports directly to the CEO and is a voting member of the C-Level team, offering a unique opportunity to influence and drive strategic decisions at the highest level of the organization.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and international expansionServe as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, fostering collaboration and trustLead, mentor, and develop a diverse HR team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goalsDesign and execute leadership development programs to strengthen internal leadership capabilities and prepare future leadersOversee the entire employee life cycle efforts, with a focus on reducing attrition and enhancing employee retentionImplement effective diversity, inclusion, and equity (DIE) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplaceDrive the implementation of modern HR tools and systems for operational efficiency and data-driven decision-makingEnsure compliance with local and international labor laws, particularly in the DACH region and the USLead change management and organizational development efforts to support business transformationEstablish and track key HR metrics, including retention, attrition, and employee engagementQualifications:Significant HR experience in international environments, with knowledge of operations in the US and APAC preferredProven ability to develop and lead high-performing teamsExpertise in implementing HR tools and systems to streamline processesProven experience navigating various employment laws, with a deep understanding of DACH region regulations (Austria preferred) and preferably the USDemonstrated success in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levelsExperience in private equity-backed organizations or high-growth companies is a plusIndustry knowledge is desirable but not mandatoryThe base salary starts at €100,000 gross per year, with the actual compensation determined based on your professional experience and overall qualifications for the position.We look forward to your application!
