As part of our Data team, you will:
Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical data models to support data analytics and reporting
Perform data transformations and aggregations on semi-raw data using DBT
Collaborate closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers to translate analytical requirements into robust Data Warehouse models
Own the implementation of data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical data models
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”

Your profile
Key requirements:
Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on experience working on data platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake or BigQuery
Proven experience with DBT Cloud/Core for transforming and modeling data
Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data structures
Solid understanding of both Data Engineering and Data Analytics concepts, with a good grasp of overall data architecture
Experience using software engineering tools and practices, including version control, automated testing, and clean code principles
Python experience is a plus
Fluency in English with strong communication skills

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 50.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
