Your Tasks
* Work closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes that support the organization’s overall goals.
* Lead / Manage / Support various HR projects (e.g., sustainability: CSRD/ESRS, Annual Non-Financial Reporting, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), HR Strategic Policies & Reporting, Manager Handbook, Equal Pay Project within EU, HR Academy, etc.) ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
* Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to execute programs related to employee development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and process improvement.
* Ensure proper governance, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration for all HR initiatives.
* Develop and implement HR tools, resources, and communications (e.g., newsletters, handbooks) to support organizational effectiveness.
* Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to leadership, and address any issues or risks.
Your Profile
* Proven minimum 4+ years of experience in HR project or program management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Expertise in leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
* Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.
* Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and group discussions.
* Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.
* Experience with HR initiatives such as employee development, DEI, and compliance is a plus.
* Strong project management and communication skills to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
