We have an opportunity for an outgoing, confident, and dynamic Project Associate to join a busy and tight-knit Melbourne team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, this role will partner with allocated Consultant(s) and the Delivery teams to drive and coordinate the success of allocated projects. The Project Associate will be responsible for end–to–end project management and coordination of searches, ensuring they are well planned, resourced, and meet agreed deadlines. The role requires you to effectively set and manage achievable deadlines for assignments for the Delivery team, as well as managing your personal workload. You will be required to be an expert delegator and to proactively escalate resourcing issues with both the delivery team and your manager to ensure sufficient resources. You will need the capability and resilience to drive projects end-to-end, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables and outcomes are met. You will be trusted by your colleagues to set and manage project outcomes and timelines.
As you will be liaising with clients on an ongoing basis your communication both written and verbal must be to a high standard.
Daily activities
* Day to Day project support for your team including extensive diary management, scheduling meetings, booking travel, project management and researching and preparing materials, as necessary.
* Manage search project assignments and business development activity including but not limited to, preparing material for client meetings and project management of current assignments.
* Liaise regularly with Clients and Candidates.

Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or project management role in a corporate environment.
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe skills.
* Experienced in complex diary management and managing multiple people and their priorities.
