Do you have a passion for providing high-quality IT support to colleagues around the world? We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, motivated, and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) to strengthen our global IT team.
As part of the global Support & Factory IT team, you will collaborate with dedicated colleagues in Europe, the USA, and Asia. You will take responsibility for our newly acquired company Piezocryst GmbH in Graz, Austria. The position is initially limited to one year.

Your new Level 2 Support Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:
As an IT supporter, you will handle tickets in a service desk system, international hotline phone inquiries, and direct end-user support - both on-site and remote. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of new IT solutions.
Your daily work includes:
* Ticket Logging/Updating (Incidents/Requests, etc.)
* Remote Incident Resolution
* Hardware Installations
* On-Site Troubleshooting
* Inventory Management
* Software Deployment
* Recording/Processing Issues in English
* Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of IT projects as needed.
Your Profile
Proven knowledge in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in the following areas is required:
* Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Computer Peripherals
* Microsoft Windows 7 to Windows 11
* Microsoft Office 2010 and later
* Teams
* ADSL/DSL Routers/Firewalls, LAN Switches
* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* Microsoft Active Directory User Management (Password, Unlocks, etc.)
* Antivirus Software
Additionally, any experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
* OneDrive
* Microsoft Azure
* Cylance
* Heimdall
* Bitlocker Encryption
* Telephony/VoIP Systems
* Altiris Asset Management
* VPN Clients
* SAP Clients
* Additionally, at least 2 years of documented experience in an IT support or helpdesk function.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Able to perform well under pressure
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work proactively
* Fluent German and good English skills are essential

Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we are obliged to state the annual salary for this position (full-time) as a negotiation basis: 41,253 EUR.
The classification is according to the collective agreement for employees in the industry (Professional Association of Vehicle Industry). We offer market-compliant compensation depending on qualifications and professional experience.
