We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Tech Co-Founder (future CTO) f/m/d to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
* Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones
* Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup
* Oversee and manage server and deployment landscape
* Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation
* Bridge the gap from strategy to technical implementation
* Take action in other areas of the venture when and where needed
Requirements
What you bring to the team:
* Experience with Full Stack Development (Front- and Backend, primarily JS or PY focused)
* Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, cloud deployment, and system integration (Azure, AWS)
* Well experienced with different types of databases used for AI products (e.g. Graph, Vector, Relational)
* Expertise in CI/CD procedures and software development cycles
* Deeply interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning
* Fluent in English; German or any other languages are a plus
* Previous startup experience is a plus
