Responsibilities
* Plan and implement performance campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
* Close collaboration with our hotel clients (project management).
* Analyze, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
* Conduct competitive analyses and manage budgets.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
* Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and tracking tools (e.g., Tag Manager).
* Affinity for numbers and technical understanding (Landing Page Builder, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
* Fluent in German.
