With footprint spanning Vienna (HQ), Sofia, Belgrade, London, Moscow, Istanbul, and Shanghai, we are seeking a high qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team in Vienna.
Tasks
* Support IT Leadership: Assist the Head of IT with communication, organization, and keeping stakeholders informed.
* Manage Communications: Create and share project updates, IT news, and onboarding materials for system updates and releases.
* Oversee Projects: Maintain an overview of all IT projects, handle requests, assign tasks, and set deadlines.
* Track Progress: Gather information to create project summaries, monitor progress, and identify any obstacles.
* Prepare Presentations: Develop presentations for company events, stakeholder meetings, and CEO updates.
* Coordinate Departments: Act as the main contact between IT and other departments like Legal, Finance, and Operations.
* System Testing: Participate in testing IT systems.
* Use Project Tools: Manage Agile and Kanban boards to organize tasks and workflows.
* Active support in project development: creating customer journeys, defining product requirements, collecting customer feedback.
Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Skills & Experience:
* Several years of professional experience in project management.
* Flexible personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Organizational Skills: highly structured and organized with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while focusing on individual tasks.
* Knowledge of agile project management, customer centricity.
* Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent command of English (C1 level) and proficiency in another language, preferably Eastern European (Bulgarian, Serbian, Russian).
* Willingness to travel as required.

The gross minimum salary for full-time (38.5 hours) is EUR 2,229 per month. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and work experience.
