This position reports to:
Sales Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
The main responsibility of this position is to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of customer order processing. This includes the definition and implementation of processes that comply with internal Group guidelines and the continuous monitoring and adherence to agreed service levels, in particular delivery reliability. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Technical and disciplinary management of the delivery scheduling department and further development of the team.
2. Development and review of customer service strategies to ensure quality and punctuality of deliveries.
3. Creating and implementing optimization plans to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
4. Ensuring the achievement of defined delivery reliability targets by monitoring and defining improvement actions.
5. Monitoring the processing of customer orders (order handling) to ensure correct and timely deliveries.
6. Acting as the central point of contact for customer inquiries and orders.
7. Coordinate and resolve customer issues through collaboration with sales, logistics and other teams.
8. Support in solving customer problems in after-sales service and in the development of corresponding processes.
9. Participate in customer support development projects.
10. Contributing to the development of logistical processes for the effective execution and control of material deliveries (delivery scheduling).
Qualifications for the role:
* Experience with SAP: Sound knowledge and practical experience in working with SAP.
* Experience in Delivery Scheduling: Proven experience in planning and managing delivery processes.
* Order Handling Experience: Extensive experience in processing and managing customer orders.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
* Solution and process-oriented way of working.
* Sound knowledge of MS Office.
* Foreign language skills in written and spoken English.
* Several years of professional experience in sales operations.
* Commercial or technical education at university level.
