Job Description
* Assisting HR Business Partners in recruitment (job postings, applicant management) and personnel development
* Preparing HR-related documents such as employment contracts and reference letters
* Creating various reports in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
* Supporting the management of social media channels
* Assisting in the organization and execution of onboarding events
* Taking full responsibility for summer internships, from job posting to offboarding
* Contributing to exciting HR projects, such as system implementations
Qualifications
* Completed commercial education (HAK, Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar)
* At least two years of experience in a comparable role
* Basic knowledge of Austrian labor law
* Empathetic, solution-oriented communication skills and an exceptionally structured and precise working style
* Absolute discretion
* Enjoyment and skill in creating reports and evaluations
* Excellent German and English language skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 2.900 to € 3.300.
