To complete our OPS Data & Process Governance team at Red Bull Headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg) we are looking for an open-minded, supportive and independent personality with strong system affiliation for Transportation Management (TM) and ERP support with special focus on TM/SD/MM and knowledge transfer activities.
In this position you will help solving system/process issues, identify problems with a proactive support mindset including documentation and coordinate small system projects and process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You’ll be responsible for supporting TM/SD/MM and other stakeholders in Operations with their system solutions. This includes being the first touch point for the application end-users as well as processing tickets (1st and 2nd level support) and follow-up on resolution status with system key users. Furthermore, you’ll also fix defects, fulfill requests, find solutions, and eliminate errors by finding solutions.
The documentation of technical solutions is also part of the role to prevent recurring incidents.
Finally, you’ll also ensure collaboration with operational teams, data owners, process owners and Key Users. Keep all relevant stakeholder up-to date on functionalities, processes, and documentation.
2. You'll support the departments with the system upgrade test and with testing of new developments.
You'll drive business to keep system process documentation (BPPs, Manuals) up to date and ensure consistency in the End-to-End view. You push the key user concept within OPS including an information platform to make documentation easily accessible to the users. You grant standards within system process documentation.
Furthermore, you'll take care about cross functional trainings regarding SAP to ensure for every OPS employee a basic SAP knowledge (OPS SAP Basic Training) and to give the local key users a tool to fulfil their role as knowledge experts (SAP Key User Professional Training).
3. You’ll pick up business requirements to further develop the systems and processes of core users and business stakeholders. This includes requirements collection and alignment with relevant stakeholders, analysis of the requirement and impact, prioritisation together with relevant stakeholders, documentation, and test coordination. Finally, you’ll translate the detailed business requirements into IT language and add required technical details.
4. Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in SAP ERP Supply Chain role or a similar position
5. Proven experience in a supply chain business
6. Expertise in MS Office tools
7. Key user knowledge for SAP systems (focus TM), Business Objects, BI is an advantage
8. Project management skills of advantage
9. Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms
10. Analytical mind-set able to isolate key issues to solve problems or exploit opportunities
11. Logical and efficient way of working with keen attention to detail
12. Ability to propose and reason alternative solutions and to communicate effectively and proactively
13. Transportation of knowledge in a structured way
14. Willingness to learn, to accept challenges and work in a team environment
15. Ability to manage demanding situations, in combination with time-pressure
