Your New Role
Reporting to the IT Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of applications and digital solutions for Landcom. This will be broad across ERP, CRM, Azure Services (Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, SQL), web and eCommerce platforms, data platforms and integration platforms. You’ll act as an IT Business Partner, ensuring that IT application delivery is achieved in terms of time, scope cost and quality. You’ll lead a small Applications Delivery team to ensure the quality of architecture, solution design, usability, and the continuous improvement of Landcom’s applications and digital Platforms. This role also provides project reporting and co-ordination with vendors and external support groups for services related to building, delivering, changing, and supporting solutions. You’ll form part of the IT leadership team and have a strong emphasis on digitising and enhancing both business operations and the experiences of customers and employees from an IT perspective.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the delivery, development, deployment and oversight of Landcom’s applications, focusing on quality, stability and efficiency;
* Partner with key organisational stakeholders to understand the business requirements of the relevant teams/departments and align on the IT strategic roadmap;
* Manage a team of IT applications and digital solutions specialists, coaching and mentoring them to deliver quality projects and continuous improvements to Landcom applications;
* Manage team planning, scoping, prioritisation, status meetings, decision making to keep delivery on track and constantly looking to improve quality of delivery;
* Actively manage key vendors and outsourced partners to maximise value and ensure delivery is in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
Your Skills & Experience
Ideally you’ll have
* Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, with a focus on application delivery and digital transformation;
* Broad mix of project deployment experience, ideally across ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, eCommerce, web, integration and data platforms;
* Experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Applications and digital solutions, architecture, and strategy;
* Experience implementing and operating Agile frameworks, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning members around common goals;
* Well refined communication skills and can translate business & customer needs into usable artefacts to ensure quality delivery outcomes;
* A self-starter attitude that will thrive in an environment where you can work on complex problems with varying stakeholders.
