Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) - Home office possible
You will be part of our effort to create the next generation of information and workflow solutions for our Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.
Your new role:
1. Plan, execute, and refine testing strategies that align with business goals to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
2. Establish a comprehensive testing strategy, ranging from unit to acceptance tests for our products.
3. Assist teams in implementing this testing strategy for their specific product.
4. Continuously improve our delivery process by promoting a DevOps culture.
5. Efficiently manage resources and distribute workload across various teams to meet key testing benchmarks and adhere to project timelines.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A university degree in computer science (or related field) and/or equivalent work experience.
2. An ISTQB certification is a plus.
3. Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Storybook, JUnit, Contract testing, TestComplete).
4. Understanding of cloud-native architecture concepts and design patterns.
5. Experience with Kubernetes and either Azure or AWS cloud is beneficial.
6. A team player with a passion for software.
7. A hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn about new technologies.

The minimum salary for this position is €60,000 gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement in Austria. An overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
