Your Role
1. You will develop and execute growth initiatives in the DACH region, working closely with the Sr. Growth Manager to align with overall business objectives.
2. You will design and manage a multi-channel marketing plan, incorporating digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL and influencer marketing, as well as offline activation.
3. You will track key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimizing efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
About You
1. You should have experience in Marketing/Growth within the Crypto industry.
2. You must possess exceptional communication skills in English and German.
3. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
4. You need strong interpersonal skills.
5. You should have an entrepreneurship mentality.
6. You should have a passion for crypto and digital assets.
7. You should be organized and experienced in project management or equivalent.
