Stellenbeschreibung
1. Create concepts and design specifications for new power modules
2. Support the designs during the initial prototype phase of power modules
3. Plan and set up test benches for design verification (developer tests)
4. Perform developer tests, including analysing and documenting the results
Qualifikationen
5. Degree from a technical university (Master / PhD) in the field of semiconductors / electronics or electrical engineering / technical physics
6. At least 5 years experience, preferably in the field of semiconductor
7. Basic automotive experience highly appreciated
8. Willingness to travel within Ausria & Germany
9. Proficient in written and spoken English
10. German language skills highly appreciated
Additional information:
The gross monthly salary for hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 4,400 (14 x .) for this position. The actual salary will then be determined depending on your actual number of hours.
