Position Overview:
As the Administration Manager, you will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Director, you will manage a variety of admin/ operational functions, including scheduling, resource allocation, customer communication, invoicing, and quality control. This is a hands-on role that demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy in workflow. Your contribution will be essential to the success of the team, driving continuous improvements and enhancing overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work and exceptional service.
* Manage daily operations, including scheduling, invoicing and report generation to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery.
* Track job progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
* Handle customer inquiries through SMS, phone, email, or in-person, providing updates and resolving concerns.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Ensure all work adheres to high-quality standards and compliance requirements.
* Continuously assess and improve workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency.

* A background in the building and construction industry, with experience using a workflow management system to streamline jobs/ quotes and overall operations.
* Proactive in forecasting and planning work schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
* Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating staff and managing workloads to achieve timely results.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
* Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and address challenges efficiently.
* Capable of setting priorities and driving process improvements for operational excellence.
* Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to various work environments.
* Experienced in managing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.
