Working alongside the owners as part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing an efficient back office, driving employee engagement, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
You will have a small accounts/admin team and be responsible for corporate services functions including: HR, finance, admin, training and facilities. This will allow the Directors to focus on business growth, client relationships and service delivery.
As mentioned, you will also be contributing to the conversation around business strategy.

* You are highly commercial - you know how businesses work and what levers to pull to optimise performance.
* You bring that rare ability to shift your focus from detail to the bigger picture and back again. You are curious and adept at solving problems - you collaborate well and think things through.
* You understand staff engagement and work hard to inspire and empower others to get the best out of them.
* You are a strong administrator and very confident across the MS office suite and other systems like MYOB and rostering tools.
* You have cross functional experience (HR/Finance/Admin) in a mid-size business.
* You are good at what you do and highly valued by people you work with.
