About the job
You are an advocate of our brand. In this role you will directly report to the Area Manager and together with the team, you will:
1. Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
2. Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers.
3. Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion, and enthusiasm.
4. Exceed personal and team service and sales targets.
5. Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.
About you
You are an experienced Store Manager, and you have:
1. Worked in a multi-cultural retail environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
2. Experience in attainable luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands.
3. Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills.
4. A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders.
