We are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced Operating Model Program Director to join our team and work onsite at our client. Our client, a leading Educational institution, is seeking a Program Director to lead the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model that supports long-term financial sustainability and enhances education and research delivery. This role will play a central part in coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, ensuring the success of a comprehensive operating model transformation aligned with the institution's strategic objectives.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with one of our key clients on their transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. Including the following:
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Management: Oversee and coordinate the governance of the Operating Model Program, ensuring the design process optimizes financial sustainability. Manage program resources, budget, risks, issues, and consultant engagements. Coordinate implementation planning across people, systems, processes, and governance functions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Leadership Teams, general managers, and other business units. Effectively communicate program scope, risks, and issues at the executive level to facilitate prudent decision-making.
* Design & Implementation: Develop and implement a new operating model that integrates organisational structure with necessary processes, technology, data, and governance requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Governance & Risk Management: Establish and maintain robust governance structures and processes for the program. Identify, assess, and actively manage risks, ensuring that risks are mitigated and decisions are made in alignment with the program's objectives.
* Communications & Change Management: Develop and execute a change management and communication plan to ensure engagement, awareness, and a smooth transition throughout the program.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
Key Relationships:
* Report to the executive sponsors and collaborate with senior leadership across various units, including IT, Finance, People & Culture, and others.
* Work closely with external consultants and other programs within the portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in managing large-scale organisational change and transformation programs ideally within Educational, Government or relevant sectors.
* Expertise in designing and implementing organisational structures, processes, and service delivery models.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive teams and boards.
* A track record in managing program resources, budget, and risks, with a focus on delivering results.
* Knowledge of sector-specific challenges, preferably within educational or research institutions.
