International Customer Service Professional / Export Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process for our Americas region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product launches, coordinating shipping activities with subsidiaries and distribution partners, and ensuring accurate invoicing and credit risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* ORDER MANAGEMENT & EXPORT ADMINISTRATION: Manage the entire order-to-cash process, including credit risk management, order handling, and coordination of shipping activities.
* SPECIFICATIONS AND MASTER DATA: Drive the setup and kickoff of new SKUs and packaging materials, as well as maintain material master data, customer master data, and pricing conditions for assigned markets.
* COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION & ENHANCEMENTS: Align closely with customers and internal teams on export-related topics, participating in system testing and implementing logistics enhancements tailored to specific markets.
Your Background:
* A-level or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience in an international order-to-cash environment.
* Experience in FMCG/CPG industry is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, JIRA, BI reports, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
* A self-motivated team player with entrepreneurial thinking and strong organizational skills.
* Fluent in German and English, with strong professional communication skills.
* A proactive approach to identifying risks, understanding complex logistics processes, and finding effective solutions.
