Job Title: Planning Specialist for Point-of-Sales Materials
Summary
The role involves planning the global supply chain for point-of-sales materials from suppliers to internal customers. The candidate will translate forecasts and sales orders into a procurement plan, considering capabilities and constraints, detecting bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to ensure an efficient supply chain process.
Responsibilities
• Supply Chain Planning: Plan the global supply chain for POS materials from supplier to internal customer.
• Project Management: Work with team members on various projects to optimize processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain master data to secure high-quality standards and identify deviations from the plan, implementing corrective measures.
Requirements
• University degree in supply chain management or logistics.
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems (SAP IBP), and master data systems (SAP MDG-M).
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Analytical, precise, and structured work style.
• Process- and solution-oriented, able to work under pressure, organisational talent.
• Team player mindset, multi-cultural and multi-skilled environment, travel up to 10%.
